Usually when buying togs I buy a size smaller as they stretch. I am glad I did with these as my hips are very narrow. I am a small and bought a XS. These fit really well and are very flattering. I have a baby belly and some extra skin. I'm always conscious of having a fit that holds it together so that it isn't visible. These do so very well.
