Returns and exchanges are simple -- and free! Simply request a prepaid return label by following this link and completing the form (you'll need a Return Authorization number so shoot us an email at email@example.com so we can create one!). Once your label has been generated, download/print the label and affix the outside of the poly mailer (the one you received your order in is perfect to reuse!) and drop at any AusPost station. We’ll let you know when we receive your return and refund your original payment method/issue your store credit!
We cannot offer free returns for our New Zealand customers at this time. Email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can begin processing your NZ exchange or refund.
All returned suits must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in unused condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. If you return your suit outside of the 30 day return window, we're happy to apply a store credit to be used on a future purchase.
As you may know, Andie is a small team! In order to be able to assist as many Andie women as possible, we don't have live phone support. We are available 24/7 over email, with our chat/message function on our site, and over text (646) 307-1938. If you prefer to get in touch over the phone, you can call and leave a voicemail for us and we'll follow up with an email as soon as we can. As we grow, we hope to have full phone support; until then, we'll see you in your inbox!
You can cancel your order by shooting us an email at email@example.com, subject line “ORDER CANCEL REQUEST” and your order number. But note that we pack and ship orders quickly so that you can receive your suits in a jiffy. Orders that have already been sent out cannot be canceled or modified.
As soon as your order has shipped we’ll send you a confirmation, including your tracking number. You can always email firstname.lastname@example.org for up-to-the-minute updates.

Our specialized lining is a hold-you-in weave. We suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit and stay true to size for a snug (or sporty) fit.
We also suggest sizing up if you are a D cup or above, and long torsos can size up in one-piece swimsuits.
If you still have sizing questions, contact our fit experts by emailing email@example.com
Yes, we’d love to hear from you! Our fit experts are available 24/7 over email at firstname.lastname@example.org. And, because we know fit is so important for swimwear (and so difficult to know when it’s just right!), in addition to our fit experts, we have free shipping, exchanges, and returns so you can feel free to stock up and try on at home.
Our high quality spandex and nylon blend is both luxurious and compressing as well as silky and breathable. It stretches over many body types, petite, curvy, and Amazonian. For added comfort or room for a longer torso, try a size up! Shipping is always on us, so feel free to try a few sizes and keep what works for you!
Once you receive shipping confirmation email, it typically takes five to eight business days to receive your Andie(s). A business day is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm AEST.
We process orders quickly but we’ll do our best to accommodate any change request. Please shoot us an email at email@example.com Orders that have already been sent out cannot be canceled or modified.
At this time, we are only shipping in Australia and New Zealand, in addition to our home base in the US. Want an Andie but don’t live in Australia, NZ, or US? Let us know where you are and we’ll try to get there next! Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tracking info is in Shoot an email to email@example.com and we'll send your tracking info!
For the free shipping option, we use the friendly folks at AusPost. Expedited orders are shipped via either AusPost or DHL.
Rinse in cold water immediately after wearing to remove some chlorine, saltwater, sunscreen and/or natural body oils.
Hand-washing is best practice. We occasionally toss it in the washing machine on cold (don't put it in the dryer!).
Lay Flat to Dry: Hang drying can stretch out your suit. Laying flat to dry gives the spandex and nylon a chance to reshape.
Rotate your Suits: Throw on another Andie while your recently used suit drys completely and the spandex/nylon blend regain their original shape.
Pro tip: For super-suit longevity pre-rinse your Andie in fresh water. Salt, chlorine, and other particles cling to dry suits, so jumping in some clean water before your day at the beach/pool/park help maintain swimsuit fibers.
Our fabric is a high-quality blend of 18% spandex, 82% nylon designed to be chlorine-resistant, durable, non-pilling, quick-drying, and breathable.
All of our suits are lined with a nylon-spandex blend for extra comfort and durability.
Our suits are manufactured at the world’s leading swimwear factories around the world. Some of our pieces are made at a factory in downtown LA, others are manufactured in China. We criss-crossed the globe to identify factories that pay fair wages, paid time off and sick leave, and that produce the highest-quality swimwear.
We inspect all suits for signs of wear or damage and we replace the hygienic liner between each customer. By comparison, at a department store the same hygienic liner is used through many of try-ons.
