Returns & Exchanges
We offer free exchanges and returns within 21 days from the delivery date as long as they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact for orders shipped to Australia. Final sale items (including underwear) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
All exchanges ship via standard shipping. If you need to expedite your order, update your address, or are interested in applying a promotional offer, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order directly from our online store.
International returns: While we cannot provide prepaid return labels for orders shipped outside Australia at this time, you can generate instructions on how to return your order here. If you would like to initiate an exchange, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order from our website.
