Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns & exchanges for all orders shipped to Australia! We accept returns in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact within 14 days from delivery. Please note, all original shipping costs (including duties and taxes) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we are only able to ship via standard shipping speed. If you need to expedite your order, update your address, or are interested in applying a promotional offer, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order directly from our online store.
International returns: While we cannot provide prepaid return labels for orders shipped outside Australia at this time, you can generate instructions on how to return your order here. Please make sure to email your tracking details to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can follow along. Please note, we are not able to offer international exchanges at this time at this time. Alternatively, we encourage you to place a new order directly from our website and return the original order for a refund or store credit.
Final Sale: All final sale items (including all underwear) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
