Shipping FAQ

Andie orders typically ship within 2 business days and our warehouse works Monday-Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order, and a second email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse in Keysborough, VIC. It may take a few days for tracking to show movement, depending on the carrier and delays they are experiencing.

The Andie team has a short window to make any edits. For support please email ozinfo@andieswim.com.au including the edit request in the subject line.

Unless your item is marked final sale, we accept returns in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact within 14 days from delivery.
